The NASC Board of Directors are volunteers who are committed to supporting the Conference Steering Team in creating an amazing experience for participants. The Board of Directors has the fiduciary and legal responsibility for the organization, helping to promote Systemic Constellations to the public and supporting the creation of community.

​Deborah Gavrin Frangquist - San Francisco, California
Board Secretary

Deborah is a career consultant and executive coach who includes Constellation, Reiki, NLP and Appreciative Inquiry in her approach. Deborah has attended all five North American Systemic Constellations Conferences presented at the  2011 (San Francisco) and 2013 (Seattle) conferences. Her facilitation combines elements of Family Constellations and Organizational Constellations to support people in their work and personal lives.

​Rani George - Rockville, Maryland
Rani George is a Systemic Constellations facilitator and an Energy Healing practitioner and teacher in the Washington D.C. area with  well over 25 years of experience. Her monthly Learning Circle brings together the study of systemic constellations, hands-on energy healing and mystical spiritual practices. Along with her daughter, she offers a monthly gathering, Body Constellations, emphasizing care and cultivation of the body in witnessing, representing and facilitating constellations. She has been the east coast coordinator for Francesca Mason Boring since 2014 and the teacher and mentor of a pilot program to bring complementary therapies to hospice work.

Her group and private work are currently focused on deep connection with the Inner Indigenous Knowing Field of our own ancestors. She was invited to present this work at the North American Constellations Intensive and the African Constellations Experience, both in 2018. Earlier she presented this at the NASC conference in 2017 in Virginia Beach.​

​Rosalba Stocco - Guelph,
Ontario
Rosalba Stocco MSW, RSW is an Individual, Couples and Family Therapist/Social worker  in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. She developed and hosted the podcast Ancestral Roots, a series of interviews with international experts in Systemic Constellations to heighten public awareness of the breakthroughs in this field in North America.  As a Systemic Constellations Facilitator and Trainer, she relishes helping people discover that the most fascinating and inspiring family they will meet is their very own.

​Rafael Ruiz - Queretaro, Mexico

Rafael is a clinical psychologist, retired professor from the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro where he taught for 29 years. With a M.Div. degree from Union Theological Seminary in New York and an MA in Clinical Psychology from UAQ in Querétaro, México, he was also formally trained as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist.

​Rafael facilitates Constellations since 2003, having trained with Carola Diduche (2002-3), Bert Helligers (2008-2016), and Francesca Masson Boring (2017). He has trained several generations of constellators in Querétaro, México and in Guatemala. Since 2003, he has been offering Constellation workshops every weekend in Querétaro as well as in other cities of Mexico, U.S., Vancouver, Honduras, Guatemala, Chile and Barcelona.

​Jonathan Hooton - Edmonton, Canada
Jonathan Hooton, PhD, SEP has extensive professional training and experience over the last fourteen years in Family and Systemic Constellations, having taken professional trainings with the founder Bert Hellinger and other international teachers.  He has been teaching this approach for ten years.  He presented an integrated approach to working with trauma at the North American Systemic Constellations Conference in November 2015 and has published two articles on trauma (2016) and shame (2019) in The Knowing Field, the English Language journal of Systemic Constellations. His work is grounded in body-centred therapies including Somatic Experiencing® trauma therapy, Integrative Body Psychotherapy, Pre- and Perinatal development, Energy Healing, and Soul Counseling.  He facilitates frequent Family Constellations workshops and trainings, and teaches personal development and self-awareness classes using these modalities.  He has a private practice seeing individuals, couples and families facing relationship, trauma, depression, anxiety, suicide, grief, illness, life-purpose, disconnection and identity issues.
